What is a "life transition?"

A life transition is usually a change in our life situation or condition that causes us to re-examine our present sense of who we are. One of the most cataclysmic change events in history is taking place right now: Over 110 million people on the verge of retiring. And 2/3 of all people who ever turned 65, in the history of the world, are alive today!!! This phenomenon is often called the Age Wave or the Silver Tsunami!
